Tai is a private personal-assistant application operated by its individual owner for personal use. Tai sends SMS notifications — including appointment reminders, document alerts, bill reminders, and status updates — to the account owner and his immediate family. By using Tai or providing your phone number to receive SMS messages from Tai, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Program description: Tai is a private personal-assistant app that sends SMS account reminders and alerts — appointment reminders, document alerts, bill reminders, and status updates — to the account owner and his immediate family. SMS alerts are sent only to numbers that have explicitly opted in via the in-app consent flow (Settings → SMS Alerts).

How to opt in: Open Tai → Settings → SMS Alerts → enter your mobile number → check the consent box → tap Save. The checkbox is unchecked by default.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message from Tai. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number. To re-enroll, reply START.

Mobile opt-in information is not shared with or sold to third parties and is not used for marketing.

Tai is a private, single-owner personal command center. It is not a multi-user product, an advertising business, or a data broker. Access is limited to the account owner and immediate family members explicitly authorized by the account owner. You agree not to use Tai for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Tai is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The account owner operates Tai as a personal tool; it does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Tai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tai or its SMS notifications.

Tai is built and operated for personal, non-commercial use by a single individual. Nothing in these terms creates a commercial relationship, license for redistribution, or any rights in third parties beyond the account owner and authorized family members.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of Tai or its SMS notifications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
